My daughter had flu symptoms they kept us 4 hours in a room no communication I finally went to see what was going on the two nurses were in there phones showing each other pictures and told me that the head nurse is busy and when she can get our prescription she will they were very rude we ask for tissue none was gave smh I’ll never come here again no communication at all

Worst hospital I have ever encountered. Father passed away of Covid this year 95% of the entire staff was rude and showed no compassion. It was only the last few days of his life when we talked to a couple of nurses and 1 doctor who spoke with concern. You HAVE to show compassion even when you don’t want to when you’re the only lifeline to their love one.

been there twice. first time i went, i waited 5 hours in the waiting room, puking every 15-20 minutes like clockwork, just to find out i was pregnant and was just told to drink some water and to buy prenatals then discharged. second time i went was for postpartum pain, got discharged with pain meds but they sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and told me i would just have to get it from that pharmacy even though i explained that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. overall, the staff is nice but they’re really slow and don’t double check their work.

The worst hospital every. I have been waiting for 7 hours. No one checked up on me or nothing. The nurse lady, kept telling me they are doing their best. Well, maybe your best is not good enough . I don’t mind waiting for 10 hours but it’s the principle of checking on ppl, good communication, good customer service. And not only that, too top it off I finally got in the back in the nurse lady told me there is nothing they can do for me . So I went to TMH and they help me . Everyone deserves to be fireddd

All I can say is I see why this place has so many court dates. After such a terrible 2 times in 1 day bad experience at this place, I was told to contact Ms.Latonya McCloud about my horrible experience there. I spoke with this lady for about 15 minutes as she was suppose to be collecting information for the grievance, very kind. She said it would take about 7 business days to hear back from her. 3 weeks later no call, no mail. I called Ms.. McCloud! only to find out, not only has she did nothing, She said It was a delay in the mail about my grievance. But I received a $5,000 bill, some how that wasn't delayed in the mail And then she sends me an email telling me basically to do this process all over😳😤 Seems like it's barley a few that is willing to do their jobs these days!!
